please help us to not break our faith in you and trust you. Lord when we feel that we cant make a diffrence help us to keep on going. PRAISE THE LORD!!!!

Father, we are constantly being told by society to 'follow our heart', but our hearts are selfish and self centred. Help us to look to you for our answers, help us to show your love to others and offer hope.

WE ARE ONE WALK JUNE 10th 2017
This is a walk of prayer and witness to encourage as many to pray for greater Christian Unity.

The walk will start from Salford Cathedral (Catholic) and end in Manchester’s Anglican Cathedral.

Why is it called We are One?
Because we are responding to the Jesus prayer that “they be one”
We are hopeful that about 1500 people will walk.

WE ASK YOUR COMMUNITY FOR PRAYER FOR THIS WALK OF WITNESS because :-
We are encountering difficulties such as the withdrawal of the band because so many members are unavailable.
We are encountering apathy from some churches unfortunately.
We need volunteers to steward the walk (about 20)
We wish to invite and encourage those who have come to our country and to Manchester in more recent times. We think of asylum seekers and refugees, some of whom are new to Christianity and others who have fled from persecution.

Dear Lord
Please forgive our sins and help us to follow your guidance each and every day. We ask that you will always protect us in our lives whatever we do.

Lord we claim this this ground in your name.In the name of God the father and Holy spirit May God bless us all today and every day Amen

Lord, please take this weariness from my shoulders and help me rebuild a life for my family.

God, please provide strength, comfort and safety for those suffering in Aleppo and other war-torn areas. Please give strength and wisdom, and the power of your spirit to those christians ministering there.

My Lord and God, I come unto you to pray for England and Wales. Provide us the tools tha we need to extend your word.
Lead your people so we can reach the one that you have called.
