Prayer tree leaves: Middle East and North Africa

Bible Society teams are sharing the Bible with those affected by war in the Middle East as they offer Bible-based trauma healing as well as food and other essentials. You can support us in prayer by adding a prayer leaf to our tree. Together, we can support those who need it most.

I pray for those refugees who are suffering trauma. Lord, I ask that they might understand that God has not forgotten or abandoned them. He is still Emmanuel, 'God with us.'

Loving God, I pray that you be with the people in Aleppo, Mosul and all parts of Syria where there is violence, fear and uncertainty. Envelope them with your love Father - let them be certain of your presence.

Lord Jesus, we pray for an end to the fighting in Aleppo. Help those who are giving safe passage of families out of Aleppo and help the doctors and nurses who are working in such difficult conditions.
