Father may Ukraine be freed from the Russian invasion. May the New Year prove to be a turning point and see the return of peace. Time to rebuild, re-unite and rejoin the free world where they belong. Amen

Father may those people concentrate on climate who waste money on war. Time wasted on war is time that could be used saving the planet. Without the planet those people destroy themselves. Amen

Father we must do better. We don’t live in peace around the world. Our world is a gift. Teach us to be thankful by loving one another and living together in peace. Make Russia stop fighting Ukraine. Amen

Compassionate God, thank you for the Belarusian soldiers who are supporting the Ukraine against Putin’s aggression. A few hundred more supporting the Ukraine would be most welcome. Speedy deliveries of equipment from the West would be most helpful too. Amen.
