Call to prayer

In the light of news released by Buckingham Palace regarding the health of Her Majesty the Queen, we're calling on our supporters to pray for her and for the Royal Family at this difficult time.

Her Majesty – Bible Society's patron – is a sincere Christian who has often spoken of the comfort and inspiration she finds in the Scriptures. We pray she will know, as the Psalmist said, that: ‘My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion for ever.’ (Psalm 73.26, ESV)
