In this study guide, Bible Society has teamed up with the Biblical Studies Department of Sheffield University to bring the best of recent understandings of how Jesus was rooted in his own culture to deepen and enrich our vision of Jesus today.

• A small study resource intended for use by churches in online home or study groups
• Divided into six study units
• Each study unit contains an introduction, an opening activity, a Bible encounter, suggestions for reflection and resources for further study
• Study sessions based on relevant contemporary biblical research.

We suggest using this downloadable resource alongside a video communications app for the group activities discussion questions. You may wish to use the breakout rooms feature on Zoom to run smaller group discussions within the session. This product is designed to be printed.
